For the past 12 hours, the Crown Jewels have been up for auction on E-Bay, to be stolen at 2400 hours tonight. Due to persistant outside computer intrusion, internal attempts to take auction down have been unsuccessful.

The Crown Jewels are currently on loan and being displayed in a newly completed 50-story skyscraper in downtown London. The owner of the skyscraper (Flex Financial Service Corporation) and the British government have choosen to defend the Jewels from their present position, as Flex Corp has taken extensive security precautions and the government would be humiliated were we to move the Jewels and no attempt was made.

The E-Bay auction also announced that the PK weapons technology firm would be demonstrating a new technology as part of the theft. Current intelligence reports estimate the intrusion team will have three to five members and will predominently but not exclusively be dependent on technology.

The Crown Jewels are on display on the 47th floor of the 50 floor Flex building. Their display cases are protected from all direction, and are anchored down to the 40th floor to prevent extration of the cases themselves. They are warded against most forms of magic and are heavily armored against both conventional and unconventional weapondry.

To this point, security has been handled by Flex Corp's top notch internal security force working with the Supplemental Corporate Security Cooperative (SCSC). The SCSC specializes in defense against all range of supernaturals and due to high wages and extensive training has a strong if not perfect success recort. However, the British Government, given SAB's recent successes, is more comfortable with the core defense force being under our control.

SCSC will limit its operation to the remainder of the building, in case the attempted theft is a feint meant to reduce security on the extremely valuable and well-guarded Flex Corp. core servers. Otherwise the building has only the most essential of the night crew on duty, and the streets surrounding the building have been closed to civilian traffic.

Unfortunately we have very little information about the make-up of the three to five person(?) intrusion team. Based on prior experience with the PK group and the message on the server however we are quite certain that they'll use the best in modern technology, likely including some weapons and other items that are above what even well equiped special operations teams tend to use.

We're aware of only one definate weakness in this team, that they apparently have no prior experience together. While any members associated with the PK group will likely be well coordinated, we believe that at least half of the intrusion team is not from that organization. Thankfully this means their efforts should be weakly coordinated and the group as a whole will not be more than the sum of it's parts.

Minor penalties: Reckless disregard for city and private property. Major penalties: Insufficient care towards civilians and structural integrity of building. Severe penalties: Damage to the crown jewels.
